NCSC Timelines for Migration to Post-Quantum Cryptography

The UK NCSC sets migration milestones:
- By 2028: define goals, complete discovery, and build initial migration plans
- By 2031: complete early high-priority migration activities
- By 2035: complete migration to PQC across systems, services, and products
